Description
Professional cutting wire for cheese and other food products. Made with special hardened rust free steel AISI 304, which is approved for contact with food.
The Wire is bound with two brass fittings, which we have tested in our production, and it has shown to have unique qualities regarding cutting speed, durability, friction, and ‘uptime’.

Measurement
The measurement of the wire is in mm, and is between the fittings.
